Doctor Who, The End Of Time Part 2

How could I not choose the Master? Everything about him is epic and evil and wonderful and insane. He’s completely the Doctor’s equal in just about everything and he knows it. The Doctor and the Master are two sides of the same coin - you can’t have one without the other. I’m hoping that he comes back this next season, even though he appears to be truly dead. But then again we always assume the Daleks are dead and they never are. So why can’t the same be true for the Master?
